Oak Valley Chamber Strings

Jan. 12 RB Library Discovery Concert

Oak Valley Chamber Strings Group Picturre

Performing a range of Baroque to Classical favorites, the Oak Valley Chamber Strings will present a concert at 3 pm Saturday, January 12, at the Rancho Bernardo Library.  Performing under the direction of Lily Lazarri, the chamber group consists of 15-20 violin, viola, cello and bass players from the Poway Unified School District Oak Valley Middle School Orchestra program.

The Discovery series of concerts at the library serve to educate the public about various music forms and to expand the opportunity for local musicians to perform and provide insights to their music. There is no charge for this performance and all ages are welcome.  The concert will be in the second floor community room at the library.

In the case of good books, the point is not how many of them you can get through, but rather how many can get through to you.
